Main Uses
In order to meet the customer's requirements for high quality blown film equipment, this unit adopts advanced technologies such as new barrel screw, precision steady flow air ring, new three-layer co-extrusion internal cooling die, horizontal upper traction rotation system, IBC internal cooling system, automatic center/surface/gap winder, computerized centralized control system, etc. It has the advantages of high production efficiency, high product quality, high degree of automation and easier operation, and can be widely used in the production of functional films such as high-grade self-adhesive film, protective film substrate, PE composite hose substrate film (toothpaste film), high-grade composite printing substrate film and heat shrink packaging film.
Performance Features
It has three winding modes: surface friction winding, surface center winding and center active winding, which can fully adapt to the winding of various plastic films, and has functions such as flying knife cutting and automatic length counting.
The system can work in a variety of winding modes, which greatly reduces workers' labor intensity and production costs and improves productivity.
Various parameters can be set: temperature, screw speed, tension, winding pressure, film roll diameter, length, etc.
Wind ring and die adopt advanced processing technology, with high surface finish, good film uniformity and transparency of products.
